Life is short, buy the best (Not this)
I bought this in a Korean restaurant in Chicago, but immediately became suspicious when I tasted it. It doesn't have the taste of real ginseng. If I had seen the claim on the package that it is made from 12 year old roots before buying I would have known not to trust it. You just don't get that quality of ginseng for this price. See Razor Ramon's review where he quotes "the Consumer Lab web site... states the product 'Only had 2% of expected minimum amount of ginsenosides and less than 10% of claimed amount.'" The makers of this product are mocking us when the use the motto that I titled this review with "Life is short, buy the best".

Not satisfied.
After months of taking this product, without any noticable benefits, I decided to check it out on the Consumer Lab web site. The site states the product "Only had 2% of expected minimum amount of ginsenosides and less than 10% of claimed amount." I will not be purchasing this product again.

I've tried a number of similar products. This product has two valuable features: first, it has a plastic top that is easy to get off (as opposed the the aluminum ones that often shred, and then shred one's fingers); second, it has a consistent quality in terms of taste and 'energy' in comparison to other brands. I use it for overall energy and as part of my chronic pain management, and have noticed a benefit in both contexts.

Excellent product, strong taste, strong effect.
Users of Panax Ginseng Extract 'vials' will appreciate this product. The little glass jar was easy to open, with a plastic top. The box came with plenty of straws, but I personally dring it straight from the glass. Delivery and price was good as well. The taste is strong, probably because there is little honey in this mixture -- and because it is 'extra' strength (6000mg). The effect was also strong, which I appreciated.
The main affect that I notice with ginseng is a little extra energy and ALOT of increased libido.
For my use, I take two or three vials spread over the first half of the day, and the effects usually are noticeable within 72 hours. Hope this helps, enjoy!
