We take this supplement regularly. It is especially good after taking a course of antibiotics. The seller sent the product very quickly and in good condition at a great price.

Only took 1 pill, but the experience was awful
I took 1 Culturelle pill on a Thursday evening. Later that evening, I awoke with severe acid reflux. Friday, I had intestinal pain (gurgling?) and didn't feel well. Saturday and Sunday: severe diarrhea and constant intestinal rumbling. Um, what is this stuff supposed to do, exactly?

We've done a lot of research and came to the conclusion that this product is the best probiotic supplement on the market.

HUGE help for daughter with cerebral palsy
My daughter has suffered since birth with constipation. CONSTANT tummy aches and problems. It was heart breaking. We tried a number of prescription and over-the-counter products, as well as yogurt, fruit, and fiber. None of them helped enough to make a significant difference. However, after 40 days on Culturelle, my daughter now has a BM every morning after breakfast and has only complained of a tummy ache ONCE in the last 5 days. This is close to miraculous for me! I am very grateful for this product. We sprinkle it on about 1 ounce of juice or soda every morning and she cannot even taste it. It is extremely easy for her to take.

The Best I Ever Used
I suffer from Ulcerative Colitis (since taking Culturelle it is in remission). I had been taking Asacol for a few years but still couldn't eat foods like salads, fruits and other foods with high amount of roughage... they went right through me. After taking culturelle for about 6 weeks, I noticed that my stomach "settled down" to what others would call "normal." Now, after being on it for two years... I never go without it. By the way... hmmm, I didn't get any colds or flu last year and I'm 57 and work in a school with 300 Teen students! Everyone else got sick except me.
